PLAY Rewards Tiers and Benefits

Tier Credits are tracked separately from Club Cash and have no cash value of their own — they exist only to measure your status. Each time you upgrade, your Tier Credit earning period resets and runs for a rolling twelve (12) months from the date of upgrade.

Important Terms

  1. Points are the raw earning unit ($1.00 coin-in = 2 Points on gaming machines and video poker; $1.00 wagered = 3 Points on Trackside Simulcast).
  2. Tier Credits and Club Cash are earned from the same Points but on two separate scales: Tier Credit earning accelerates by tier (2.0x – 2.6x) to speed up status advancement, while Club Cash earning accelerates more gradually, capped at 1.3x for Diamond members.
  3. Tier Credits are not earned when playing with Club Cash (Free Play). If that Free Play generates winnings, Tier Credits may be earned when those winnings are subsequently played.
  4. Club Cash has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of issuance unless otherwise stated.
  5. Club Cash is promotional, must be used in accordance with PLAY Rewards rules, and cannot be redeemed directly for cash.
  6. The PLAY Rewards card must be properly inserted into the gaming terminal at the time of play for points to be tracked. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their card is correctly inserted and that play is being tracked. Gilley’s Park City is not responsible for untracked play due to improperly inserted or removed PLAY Rewards cards.
  7. Point earning rates, tier thresholds, and benefits are subject to change at Gilley’s discretion.
  8. Must be 21 years of age or older and an active, free member of Gilley’s PLAY Rewards to participate. Participants must not be on Gilley’s self-exclusion, banned, or trespassed lists. Void where prohibited by law.
